9/11 perspectives – speaker biographies

Below are the biographies of the speakers for the Public Master Class on the Events of September 11, 2001 event.

Dr. Daniele Ganser

Dr. Daniele Ganser, Ph.D., is a Swiss historian widely known for his ground-breaking research and books on the post-WWII ‘Stay Behind’ Armies in Europe. His first book on the subject, NATO’s Secret Armies: Operation Gladio and Terrorism in Western Europe (2005), marshals the evidence that these secret forces worked closely with NATO and the CIA and that Italian Gladio units carried out false flag terrorist attacks against Italian civilians blamed the political left.Dr. Ganser’s second book, Europa im Erdölrausch (2012), details Europe’s dependence on oil imports; and his third, Illegale Kriege (2016), shows how NATO member nations have repeatedly bombed other countries like Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria without a mandate by the U.N. Security Council, and thus illegally. Dr. Ganser taught history at the University of Basel and history and future energy systems at St. Gallen University. He was Senior Researcher at the ETH Zurich, Center for Security Studies (CSS) and served as president (2006-2012) of the Swiss branch of the Association for the Study of Peak Oil and Gas (ASPO). Dr. Ganser is currently Director of the Swiss Institute of Peace and Energy Research.

Dr. Niels Harrit

Dr. Niels Harrit, Ph.D., has served as an associate professor of chemistry at the University of Copenhagen (1971-2009) and is the author of more than 60 published peer-reviewed papers. Since 2007 he has been actively involved in the global movement for 9/11 truth, demanding an independent investigation of the attacks of September 11th, 2001. Dr. Harrit is the lead author of a scientific paper, published in April 2009, describing the findings of active thermitic material in the dust from the collapses of World Trade Center Buildings 1, 2 and 7, and is a member of the 9/11 Consensus Panel (http://www.consensus911.org/). Over the years Dr. Harrit has given 400 presentations on the collapses of the World Trade Center skyscrapers, in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Holland, France, Switzerland, Spain, the United Kingdom, Canada, the USA, China, Australia, Russia and Iceland.

Richard Gage

Richard Gage, AIA, is a San Francisco Bay Area architect and member of the American Institute of Architects and is the founding member of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth. Mr. Gage became interested in researching the destruction of the WTC highrises after hearing the startling conclusions of reluctant 9/11 researcher, David Ray Griffin, on the radio in 2006, which launched his own unyielding quest for the truth about 9/11. AE911Truth now numbers more than 3,000 architects and engineers demanding a new investigation into the destruction of all three World Trade Center highrise buildings on 9/11: the two World Trade Center Towers and Building Seven, not hit by a plane. Mr. Gage is an architect of 30 years and has worked on most types of building construction, including numerous fire-proofed steel-framed buildings. Most recently he worked on the construction documents for a $400 Million mixed-use urban project with 1.2 million square feet of retail, parking structure and mid-rise office space, altogether with about 1,200 tons of steel framing.

Barbara Honegger

Barbara Honegger, M.S., has served in high-level positions in the U.S. Government, including White House Policy Analyst, Special Assistant to the Assistant to the President, and Director of the Attorney General’s Law Review at the Department of Justice. For a decade and a half, Ms. Honegger then served as Senior Military Affairs Journalist at the Naval Postgraduate School, the premiere science, technology and national security affairs graduate research university of the U.S. Department of Defense. Her pioneering bookOctober Surprise, on the deep story behind the Iran side of the Iran/Contra scandal, subsequently confirmed by formerly classified documents, led to a full-subpoena-power Congressional re-investigation funded at the level of the 9/11 Commission. Since 9/11,Ms. Honeggerhas been a leading investigative researcher, journalist and author on the events of that day, speaking at conferences and giving presentations in the U.S., Europe and Canada. She is a Board Member and Officer of the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry, researched and produced the video documentaries ‘Behind The Smoke Curtain’ on the Pentagon attack and the ‘9/11 Museum Virtual Walking Tour’ which have been viewed over a million times on YouTube, and is the visionary behind and personally executed the ‘Third Beam’ Spotlight shown into the NYC skyline on the 9th Anniversary of the attacks that has become the Icon the 9/11 Truth and Justice Movement worldwide. Ms. Honegger earned Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University; a Master of Science degree in Psychology from John F. Kennedy University; and Masters level certification in National Security Decisionmaking from the Naval War College. Ms. Honegger’s paternal ancestors are from Canton Zurich, Switzerland.

Dr. Piers Robinson

Dr. Piers Robinson, Ph.D., received his doctorate from the University of Bristol in the UK. His main research focus is the study of propaganda with particular emphasis on media reporting and propaganda operations during war. Dr. Robinson is currently Co-Director of the Organisation for Propaganda Studies and was previously Professor/Chair of Politics, Society and Political Journalism at the University of Sheffield (2016-2019), also in the UK. He has published extensively in academic journals over the past 20 years and his work has been cited in publications such as ‘The Responsibility to Protect’ published by the International Commission on Intervention and State Sovereignty (ICISS). He has received numerous invitations to lecture, advise and present briefings, including to the NATO Defense College in Rome, to senior UK military commanders and diplomats at the University of Oxford, and to St. Cyer military academy in France. Dr. Robinson has given public presentations for Stop the War Coalition, Frome Stop the War, and Media on Trial.

Mick Harrison, Esq.

Mick Harrison, Esq., is a public interest attorney and the Director of Litigation for the Lawyer’s Committee for 9/11 Inquiry. Mr. Harrison is a graduate summa cum laude of the University of the District of Columbia School of Law whose national practice focuses on cases involving whistleblower protection, government accountability, corporate fraud and false claims, and dangers to public health and the environment. Over the last 25 years he has partnered on such cases with The Government Accountability Project (GAP), Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER), the Chemical Weapons Working Group (CWWG), the National Sierra Club, Greenpeace, and Vietnam veterans’ organizations, among others. Attorney Harrison is licensed in Pennsylvania and admitted to practice before the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, District of Columbia, and Federal Circuits, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.

Jane Clark, Esq.

Jane Clark, Esq., is a Board Member and was the founding President of the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry. Ms. Clark’s Texas private law practice of nearly three decades includes Workers’ Compensation, probate, personal injury, collections and domestic relations cases. She earned her law degree from the University of Idaho Law School/Moscow, a Masters Degree in Biochemistry and Biophysics from Texas A & M University/College Station, and worked with renowned Professor Emeritus Dr. Joseph Nagyvary of Budapest, Hungary, on cancer research. From 1980 to the present Ms. Clark has worked with major JFK and RFK Assassination researchers including the late Lawrence Teeter, Esq., in his position as Counsel for alleged RFK assassin Sirhan Sirhan. She has served as the attorney for the JFK Lancer Conference, a major conference held in Dallas in November of each year attended by JFK Assassination researchers worldwide.

Jan-André Zaba

Jan-André Zaba is a Swiss mechanical engineer HTL with 40 years of experience consulting on curtain walls and facades for highrise buildings, and is also an expert on fire proofing and the analysis of asbestos in steel structures. Founding his own company — www.mebatech.ch — in Zurich in 1991, Mr. Zaba has worked with well known architects contributing his expertise in statics and the physics of curtain walls and glass facades in Europe, Russia, Georgia, the Emirates and Africa. He received his Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on thermodynamics and the physics of airplane gas turbine engines.

 

Dr. Ansgar Schneider

Dr. Ansgar Schneider holds a master of science degree in physics and a Ph.D. in mathematics and has conducted research and taught at several universities and research institutes in Germany.  His popular science book Stigmatisierung statt Aufklärung published in 2018 documents key scientific aspects of the collapse of the three WTC skyscrapers and the defamatory public debate about 9/11. His paper ‘The Structural Dynamics of The World Trade Center Catastrophe’ was accepted for presentation at the 2019 Congress of the International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering whose offices are located at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich.  The Conference was held in New York City Sept. 4th through 6th.  Dr. Schneider’s presentation will summarize the main points of that peer vetted paper.
